Tie-Back System Design Guideline & PPCP pull out

(OP)
Can anyone direct me to a book or guidline to use for Pressure-Injected tie-backs system to be used for a waterfront retaining wall.
Also, dealing with a question as pulling out a prestressed precast pile and standing a chance of damaging the top 4 to 5 ft. I know the pull-out of the prestressed piles are very detrimental and prohibited. However, if you decide to do that what happens if you damage the top few feet section? Is it going to be salvagable or any cracks can change the stress distribution of the pile?

Thanks
