concrete crib wall repair

(OP)
Wondering if anyone has had any success with repairing concrete crib (~4 to 5 inch stone fill) retaining wall. Very long and relatively high (about 15 to 20 feet) retaining wall...along tributary creek to large river, built in the mid 80's is showing some isolated distress to include 1) Stretchers have minor spalls exposing portions of wire reinforcement and 2) Ends of some headers have broken.

Most of the retaining wall is in good condition and the isolated distress does not appear to be related to poor soil/backfill conditions.
