Hi,

I try to create a external parameters link from a catpart to a catproduct.
I have already do that in the past but I forgot the methodo.
can you help me, please.

Copy parameters - Paste special - Result with link

thanks but it doesn't work.
but I succed, I create a formulas in the catproduct taking a publication in the catpart and automatically catia create an external link in the catproduct.

Perhaps you can try this as well.

Goto
Tools->Infrastructure->General
Select Keep link with selected object

1. Open part
2. create a parameter "Param_1"
3. open product
4. create a parameter "Param_2"
5. goto formula definition for "Param_2"
7. once opened select the "Param_1" of part.

External parameter will be created along with formula.
