How to taper curved section?

How to taper curved section?

How to taper curved section?

(OP)
I am a beginner with ProE and have not yet successfully found any guide on how to taper a curved section as shown in the attached sketch. I believe the "extrude" function has an option to flare/taper the geometry, but I have not figured out how to apply that to a curved trajectory. The section is an "open" circle with a "neck" for water to travel between the impeller and casing.

RE: How to taper curved section?

I would make that part with a rotational blend. You would draw a new section at each place the section changes and do a straight blend between them.
