Hi All
i have been asked to supply a gas filter and have asked around but get very shy answers.has any person a supplier of filters in this field.I am in south africa but will look at any supplier if he has the solution.

This original request for info on gas filters is pretty old, but in case anybody else is interested: I use Nowata filters for high-pressure natural gas applications, specifically oil carryover removal from natural gas compressors.  Our company also uses Perry Equipment (aka PECO) and other manufacturers for larger pipeline filters.

Nowata can be contacted via Nowata Filtration but they will probably prefer to work through a local distributor as we do here in California.  This link (Fuelguard) shows the model that I use a lot, though we also order a pressure gauge, a differential pressure gauge and have it painted a different color than is shown here.
