Sweeping along an arc. Two different cross sections. I know this has something to do with the vector alignment of the initial sketch, but don't remember how to correct this problem. Any help is appreciated. Not supposed to fold in onto itself like that.

RE: 8.0sweep causes undesireable twist

The "direction" of each of your section strings must match; reverse the direction of 1 of your section strings.

both seem to be in the same direction

RE: 8.0sweep causes undesireable twist

What orientation method are you using?

thank you, your question guided me to the solution. Was using fixed, changed to forced direction and all is fine now.

RE: 8.0sweep causes undesireable twist

I would propose Vector method instead of fixed and in this case use the XC seen in the images. Fixed orientation tries to keep the original orientation as long as possible which might introduce other funny shapes along the path.
