Yes we can only predict by our previous experience.
So i think there is no direct method to know the run time of a job before submitting the job.

Thanks

RE: Can we know expected run time of a job?

Hi
About your question, I can say that when your Operation System(OS) is Windows you are not able to apply daily time or expected run time, but when OS is Linux you can do it.
In the Job section you can see Submit Time box at the end of section for this purpose that is active only for Linux. You can also apply this feature in the Python code in the waitHours=...., waitMinutes=....
