Table 4.8 within D1.1 (2010) lists PQR base metal on the left and WPS base metal group combinations allowed by PQR on the right. So with that being said if I qualify a group II material (X52) to a group II material (X52) does that indicate that I am also qualifying group I to group I, group II to group I, and group I to group I?
