thread825-135347: Insufficient Virtual Memory Problem

I am getting an error on my model which states that I am insufficient on memory. My model has 54158 nodes and 53205 elements. I tried some of the steps on the thread referenced above and now I am getting an error on one of my constraint points
FATAL ERROR E5001: NON-POSITIVE DEFINITE DETECTED AT GRID 15002 COMPONENT 5.

One of the steps on the thread to fix the memory issue said setting the SPARSEITERMODE to 3. Uses least memory but you may not get SPC forces, is this one of the issues? How can I fix the error I am getting? Any advice is much appreciated.

RE: Nastran Insufficient memory error

Hello!,
Paste here both *.LOG & *.F06 fles to see the error exactly. Alsdo inform what "flavour" of nastran you run.
Best regards,
Blas.
