The part that you're positioning appears to have been created with a 'Product Interface' defined and it looks like you're attempting to do something which would 'violate' the Constraint rules defined by whomever created the original model.

For information about what a 'Product Interface' is and how it is used, go to the NX Help documention and search on "Product Interface".

Strange because I made these parts myself and have never used product interface. I don't even know what it is.
