Changing Line/Curve thickness

Changing Line/Curve thickness

Changing Line/Curve thickness

(OP)
Hi,

I was converting a draw file from CATIA V4 to CATIA V5. When I copy and paste the views, all lines and curves come 0.008" thick. I want to change all of them (only 0.008"thick) to 0.006 thick, but the line type shouldn't change. Can this be done through a macro.

Thank you

RE: Changing Line/Curve thickness

I'm sure you can do this with a macro, but it's very easy (and quicker) to do it manually:

1. use EDIT + SEARCH
2. click the MORE button
3. in the WEIGHT field, choose the current thickness
4. click the binocular with the yellow arrow icon "Search and Select" (all the geometry with that thickness should be highlighted)
5. choose the new thickness in the Graphic Properties toolbar

Thank you...The search option worked well.
