Hello,

I need some help on UG Drafting
1.i exported w UG drating file to dwg or dxf. then opened in catia v5, some of the views are missing. please let me know any settings i m missing

2. how to get the non associated views --isolated views like in catia v5.
3. how to make the views to geometry like in catia v5 duplicate geometry. i need this compare the views sections as i do this in catia v5.. i need like just lines or splines as if we drawn manually in drafting application

What do you use for export? File->Export->DXF/DWG or File->Export->2DExchange? With 2DExchange, I get much better results. And also, with 2DExchange, you can also save the drawing as new NXpart. Doing so, the drawing will not have any link to the model.

so my 2nd question is while working in UG drafting . i need the views to be non associative , is there any option??
