ASME B16.9 Proof Test Formula

ASME B16.9 Proof Test Formula

Guys,
Am I missing something in this formula? When I plug in the numbers I get a low value ( by a magnitude ). However, when I use 20 instead of 2 it comes out correct as per a proven burst test. Apologies if I've missed something really obvious.
Thanks.

Sorry guys, ignore this one. The vendor had altered the formula so that the output would be in bar but did not explain this in his calculations.
