Internal Lining

Internal Lining

(OP)
Hi everyone,
I'm currently having a project on the pipeline replacement and planning to use the internal coating (considering microglas glass flake coating).
Has someone ever experienced on that coating? can you please share your experience?
I'm having trouble in searching the price of coating. moreover, I'm confused how to apply the coating on the internal weld joint area of one joint pipe to the others, since 1 joint is 12 meters length and also the NPS of pipe is 12 (impossible for the workers to get into the pipe)

Thanks for the respond

thank you for the respond Mr. Steve..
I have had the price of the coating but, still, haven't found any idea how to paint the internal part of weld area.
Please kindly share your opinion if you have ever had a project required to paint the internal part of weld area.

Thanks before.

RE: Internal Lining

Is the Thru Kote sleeve in the link out of the question? My only involvement with internal field joint coating has been the application of internal FBE by crawler, and it was disastrous.
