Integrating multiple designers on the same project/assembly

Integrating multiple designers on the same project/assembly

(OP)
Hello

New to the forum, but I have found this site useful in the past reading other peoples questions/answers.
This time I was hoping to get some feedback/knowledge and maybe some links on running solid edge with multiply designers working on the same assembly.

Using ST4 in an engineering office environment
I have set up the main assembly using the top-down approach with component structure editor, having sketches in place for other designers to build from.

I would really like to be able to see the updates without exiting the main assembly file all the time.
Is this possible? (Update all links doesn’t seem to work)

Are there any techniques or advice for working in a group/team environment?

Thank you for your help!

RE: Integrating multiple designers on the same project/assembly

This capability is only available in managed environments such as in Insight, Solid Edge for SharePoint, and TeamCenter. The procedure would be to right mouse click in Pathfinder, select Manage, Status, and then Synchronize...
