Is the seismic design of storage tanks in New Zealand covered by API 650/620? If not what is the equivalent local standard?

Is Recommendation for the Seismic Design of Storage Tanks by NZSEE recommended for use instead of API 650 Appendix E?

You can use API 650 but you will need the seismic response accelerations for your local area

I do agree with IFRs but you could get The PGA or the EPGA and calculate the RRS yourself.

Now to completely show off my ignorance. In North America the regional seismic info can be found in NBCC Appendix C climatic data or ASCE 7, what is the New Zealand equivalent? Is that included in NZS 1170.5?
