surface extend problem

surface extend problem

surface extend problem

(OP)
Ill bet it's me but I get differing results when trying to make a surface extend in UG.  Sometimes the surface extend gets dislocated and becomes disconnected.  I would imagine there to be several settings there too.

1 strait extend with respect to an angle.  G0
2 a G1 or tangental extend (where users can see tangent line)
3 a G2 or curvature extend (same surface no tangent line)

The other side worked fine

What can I do to extend a surface that has been swept along two or more tangent curves?

Can you upload the actual model file?

RE: surface extend problem

What is the result if you use Enlarge versus Extend? How about Isoparametric Trim/Divide (if not retired in the version you're using)?
