Is there any guidance in ACI or other international codes regarding the out-of-plane buckling of a wall carrying gravity loads and in-plane moment at the compressed edge?

Background:
Assume that you have a 8" thick, 30' long, 18' tall wall, subject to gravity loads and in-plane moment. The wall has a certain axial capacity (per foot length) based on it's slenderness. When an in-plane moment is applied, the axial load at the edge increases diminishing towards the center of the wall's length.

What length of wall do you use (half, third, quarter) in calculating capacity of the wall? The axial effect diminishes with a longer wall (assuming triangular distribution is averaged)
