I'm looking for job in Western Europe, mainly in UK, Germany, France. Do you know any companies which have programs that would helps me to come to this country to work? I'm looking job abs designer or constructor CAD, mainly in Siemens NX, CATIA V5, Solid Edge.

I might add, government jobs should be a good place to start, as they recruit much more on basis of graduation/diploma, as on base of experience.

does that include only exp with catia (i.e. knowledge of the program) or actual design exp? or, is it possible with just the former?

and how much euros nett do you get in poland in the beginning/ after a couple of years?
(here in slovenia it's 700-800/ ~1200 or slightly better)
RE: How to get a entry-level/graduated job in mechanical engineering as constructor if I'm from Poland?
I think its a combination of both. It is surprising how different organizations, or even the same organization, use Catia in very different ways. However to answer your question I suppose it is both but with the emphasis on design rather than software. The best manufacturing site I work with is in Wroclaw. They are totally professional, committed to fulfilling their deliverables, produce high quality work and above all are easy to work with.
Anyway good luck and like in Belgium the UK has a lot of Poles, both recent arrivals and from the past.

As you all see, Polish are in many countries of Europe, because in Poland, after Soviet occupation we haven't decent conditions for work and live :(

If your goal is to cross the Atlantic, Canada is easier to gain entry.

i am also somewhat interested in a similar move, although i don't know what would i do with the masters (i.e. work on it now or while at a new position).
RE: How to get a entry-level/graduated job in mechanical engineering as constructor if I'm from Poland?
From next October I'm going to continue my study, but probably I'll use first opportunity to leave for work in another country. Then I'll take interruption of study and start make a career :P
I think, that sometimes, even so-so position as engineer, could be better, than next and next and next semester on university. Hovever - the best way is combination of work and study, maybe in part-time, or individual mode of learning :)
RE: How to get a entry-level/graduated job in mechanical engineering as constructor if I'm from Poland?
you can use myigetit.com if you wish to learn catia. i recommend the 200eur program. the one below it is also good i think, the premium is not worth the money.

The site looks nice, and I see, there are lessons dedicated for more CAD systems, than only Catia, and it enjoying me, because I prefer Siemens NX :) Thank you, very match!

It's something like Erasmus. The company doesn't have to pay you, and you get money from the European Union (up to 1000€/month I've been told).
You should check with your university.
Alternatively, use the Erasmus program, which can still fund up to 400€/month:

If you get it, use the 10 to 15 weeks (I think) to start learning the language of whatever country you go to, the program funds language programs. Probably Germany or UK is best for you, language wise.
Too bad you're not a construction engineer, as 80% of all construction workers in Western Europe are Polish :)

Thank you for these information. I think, my last chance has gone, because on next June I will finish my study :]
Do you have any doubts? That's true. Very, very sad true.

I understand conditions are challenging in Poland. Please take heart and know conditions are much, much better than they were 18 years ago. Your beautiful country has come a long way. Freedom is a beautiful thing :)
