Wood I joist propertiess

Wood I joist propertiess

(OP)
Hello, everybody.

I am checking some wood floor load capacity and would like to know the properties of I joist.

the mark on the I joist showes:

"Bolsa Casa???? Alexandri 6500S 1.8 Joist ICC ES ESR 1336 CCM 13,300 R BM EWP .007"

the joist is 9.5" depth with tw=3/8", 2.5" Flange with tf=1.25".

Does anybody has any property table for this kind of I joist showing such parameters as bending design value, compresion design value, etc.?

Thank you very much.

RE: Wood I joist propertiess

Look up the actual ICC ES report for that particular product, at ICC’s ES web site. That should have what you need. Google that product or manuf’er. for their product literature. There are dozens of variations on that theme, all slightly different depending on the manuf’er.

RE: Wood I joist propertiess

It looks like the stamp may have been the manufacturer mark "Boise Cascade"? they may have what you need on-line.

Looks like the ESR 1336 linked above has it. Be sure to read all the footnotes in these ESR reports as they contain important information such as repetitive use factor limited to 1.0 for this one.
