(OP)
Hi,
I need to do a structural calculation for rectangular concrete pump station, approximate inner dimension 20ft by 15' and 19' deep. I am new to this subject and need help on how to determine wall thickness, top and bottom slab thicknesses. I did some research, I can find thicknesses for standard size wet well but not to this size. I also don't want to select off from the internet, I would like to understand the procedure behind it.
If anyone could help or provide guidance into this, I would highly appreciate.
Thanks.

RE: concrete rectangular pump station

My advice is to go to school, get a structural engineering degree and then spend a couple of years learning how to design reinforced concrete structures, preferably water containing ones. Alternatively, you could hire a structural engineer who already has this background.
Pump station designs of this size aren't something you can do an internet search on to pick up their design. Pay the money, and have someone do this who's done it before.

You could always call Hanz and Franz...
