Measuring Gauge for Intake /Exhaust valve

Measuring Gauge for Intake /Exhaust valve

(OP)
Is it possible to explore online for more varities /standards of gauges that are suitable for measuring intake/exhaust valve for engine. Is there any companies delivering high quality measring devices for such purposes?

I just need to select a good measuring gauge for intake valve measurement

RE: Measuring Gauge for Intake /Exhaust valve

There might be a hundred attributes that one might wish to measure about engine valves, loose and installed. Most of them can be measured just fine with normal/classical metrology equipment.

Please give us a clue about what exactly you wish to measure.

Gaging can be as simple as mcgyvr has said or highly automated. Your valve stem is probably your closest tolerance dimension. A simple go / nogo snap gage will tell you if the part is good or bad. Process inspection will require knowing where in the tolerance band you are making the part so an indicating gage will be required. Roundness of the stem and finish are also required. The following is old used piece of equipment.
