This is probably a silly question but is there a chart available for AB head bearing areas for different sizes of F-1554 bolts?

Yes, there is a chart toward the back of the PCA notes for ACI 318.

Bootlegend, thanks. I don't have access to that book right now. Can you share with me the bearing area for a 1.25" dia rod! Thanks.

The net bearing areas for an anchor rod head or nut are also provided in AISC Design Guide 1 (Base Plate and Anchor Rod Design), second edition, in Table 3.2. Design Guide 1 is available as a free download if you are an AISC member.

The bearing area for 1.25" diameter anchor rod is 2.24 square inches according to Table 3.2.
