solution for ATPDraw Warning

solution for ATPDraw Warning

solution for ATPDraw Warning

(OP)
Dear friends
I am faced a ATPDraw Warning as following:
%%% Notice. Two or more sinusoidal voltage sources are present on node "
therefore .lis file can not show maximum and minimum of output parameters.
However, the simulation results are reliable?
Regards

RE: solution for ATPDraw Warning

Tofeil,
you are trying to enforce at the same times different different voltage sources at the same node, which is obviously a nonsense, except if all the different voltage sources have same magnitude and phase.
I would expect the simulation not to be reliable; only one of the two voltage sources will be considered (probably the first or the last in the .atp file).

Dear FPelec
At first, thank you for your reply
One of the source is power station source and another is trapped charge source.
I would like to employ "trapped charge source (AC3ph with Tsta=5432)" with "TACS-controlled TYPE 13 switch" in switching overvoltage study. Can you help me to use "TACS-controlled TYPE 13 switch" and "trapped charge source" properly.
Regards

RE: solution for ATPDraw Warning

You probably have to change the phase angle of your source to match your trapped charge or put in a very small impedance between the source and your trapped charge.

RE: solution for ATPDraw Warning

(OP)
"trapped charge source (AC3ph with Tsta=5432)" can not accept any phase angle and
there are substation impedance in back of main source.
Do you have any solution?
