New Desktop Computer

(OP)
Hello all and thanks for looking...
Well I've been living in the past with the computer I am currently using, basically a Dell from about 2006.
So, I am contemplating buying a new computer that I can use and greatly speed up my draftsight work.
It will be to revise drawings/redlines for data communication projects, so no 3D or heavy design work.

Obviously cost is a factor, so any advice would be helpful.

There's a Best Buy and Frys in my neighborhood.

Thanks.

George
