Magnetostatic Force between two magnets

Magnetostatic Force between two magnets

(OP)
Hi All,

Hi Guys,

I am trying to model static force between two permanent magnets. Two cylindrical magnets are created with some separation distance and air around them is modeled as cube with large dimensions

I have modeled with solid 97(air and magnets). magnets Polarization is in y direction, so i have given coercivity value in y direction. flux parallel boundary condition is applied to cube(air) walls. magnets elements are selected for force calculation(FMAG).

But as i change distance between magnets force is not varying. can somebody help me where could be the problem.

thanks,
Deepesh
