Pipe Test Pressure

Pipe Test Pressure

Pipe Test Pressure

(OP)
In designing a dry open sprinkler deluge system what would be the test pressure of the pipe used just before the open sprinkler. Does this dry pipe which is open to atmosphere requires a pressure test?. It is a ASTM A 53 pipe. Kindly inform.
