PSV for Pneumatic Vessel Test per UG-100

PSV for Pneumatic Vessel Test per UG-100

(OP)
Greetings, I found the below thread to be somewhat helpful, However it is closed now and I am forced to start a new thread.

http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=176703#...

In that thread there was question of the necessity of performing a pneumatic test on a vessel. There was a little touch on it regarding UG-100(a)(2) and the explanation of not being readily dried. The vessel we will be pneumatically testing is a Cryo-service vessel 78" ID x 78' s/s low pressure nitrogen tower. It is constructed of 304 stainless and has an internal heat exchanger that must not acquire any water or condensation.

My question is what PSV would be recommended for a vessel of this size?
MAWP: 350psig
Test Pressure: 385psig
Vessel Volume: 2,668 Ft^3

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
