need a help regarding ABAQUS 6.12 student version

(OP)
Hii, All

Any body familiar with ABAQUS can help out.
I need to know how the interaction between different parts are defined after assembling them in ABAQUS/CAE.
In my case there are two Aluminum plates and they are glued together with adhesive.

RE: need a help regarding ABAQUS 6.12 student version

Try posting this question in the correct forum under "engineering computer programs" which is listed by company.

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way

RE: need a help regarding ABAQUS 6.12 student version

The Abaqus users hang out in forum799: ABAQUS: ABAQUS FEA Solver. But just a reminder prior to posting a detailed question there. Please read the forum policies. Eng-Tips isn't for helping with school assignments.
