I am seeking tissue properties (elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, density, and yield stress/failure stress) for 28 parts of the human eye! Is anyone aware of a resource which covers some, many, or all of these areas? Thank you.

Can you expand upon what you mean by the mechanical properties of the "28 parts of the eye". The problem with biological tissues and mechanical testing is their properties vary greatly with changing variables. Most biological tissues especially those found in the eye are greatly dependent on moisture content. Sure, you can test an eye posthumously, but the tests are hard to verify because there are just so many variables in a living organism that effect how the tissues behave. Since there are multiple layers in the eye, think of it like a composite materials how they behave as a unit is not directly related to their individual properties. May i ask why you need to know such properties of the eye?
