How do you set up minimum bend radii for electrical routing paths using splines?

RE: Routing Electrical minimum bend radius NX 8.0

This is not that simple to respond to.... And depending on where you work it might be impossible to change...
First check the NX logfile : Help - NX logfile, then in the listing window search for "UGII_ROUTE_ELEC_APP_VIEW"
The address will tell the name and the location of a file whose name should be similar to "ugroute_elec_mm.xml" ( name might be changed by the person who set up the system.)
IF you have access to the file ( might be locked by administrator) open it in notepad and search for "bend", you will find at least 15 hits.
Somewhere among these is the value that you are looking for.

Tomas

Thank you for your prompt reply. Does changing that setting make that the default minimum bend radius for all electrical routing we will create? Is there a way to set up a minimum bend radius for each stock? For example, if we are using some cabling that requires a larger minimum bend radius than other cables I want to be able to specify that without changing the system defaults for all electrical routing. Thank you again for your help.
