Hello , I am currently trying to size a T-type oil separator for a rotary screw compressor. I was wondering if anyone could point me to the right direction where I can find an Excel spreadsheet to help me size the separator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Screw Compressor oil separator

I can't tell you how tired I am of these "Please give me a spreadsheet to __________ because I'm just too busy to learn the arithmetic" threads. This could have been a useful and worthwhile discussion of the things that must be considered in keeping the compressor oil in the process loop, but no, we are looking for a free spreadsheet. I'll pass.

You are free to pass on what you wish. Sites like these are made to help people and to share information not to bash. If and when I find a spreadsheet I will gladly " Share " it with our peers on this site. As for any other spreadsheets that I currently created I will gladly " share " those as well. So I kindly request that if you want to bash someone please don't do it on my thread.Thank you

RE: Screw Compressor oil separator

while I am certain many people on this site would be more than willing to help you verify work you have done, asking for the work to be done for you (no matter how politely) is usually met with a little contention.

while it may seem sarcastic...I did a quick search using www.google.com and found several spreadsheets that may fit your needs.
