Looking for a "Do Nothing Machine"

Looking for a "Do Nothing Machine"

Looking for a "Do Nothing Machine"

(OP)
I am looking for a do nothing machine used to test the mechanical aptitudes of mechanics. This machines transport a rectangular piece of metal (simulating a piece of soap) through the machine.

If any one have information regarding the correct name or how can I get one please reply.

Thanks.

Thanks for info. yes, that is the same machine that I'm looking for. However, nobody on that page knows where to find one either or even knows who made it...

Still Looking...
TG

Thanks Mike for the information. It looks to be the machine. I have not seen one in several years. Does it have about 6 or 8 cams? I believe that it basically slides or moves the block over, flips it 180*, slides or moves it over, flips it back 180*, lowers it down, slides or moves it over, and then back to home position. Do you know if there is a distributor here in the states that I can talk too?

Thanks Again,
TG

RE: Looking for a "Do Nothing Machine"

I have no knowledge of distributors here.
I'd just email the factory.

So... Was that post from you 3 years ago and you are still looking for this machine?
The post wording is IDENTICAL to yours. just a different username

No, it was not me from 3 years ago. I seen that one when I started looking the other day. So, I just copy and pasted. Thanks Mike for all of your help. I did email the company last night for additional information.
Thanks Again,
TG
