EVA Foam Spring Constant

EVA Foam Spring Constant

(OP)
Hi I'm looking to design sliding bridge girders together and there is EVA foam as a gasket between each girder. We will be compressing the foam from 25 mm to 10 mm and I'm looking into whether the compression load on the foam will be enough to push the girder sections apart when we unload them to add another section.

Does anyone know the spring constant for EVA foam?

I'm looking at this product or similar.
Thanks,
