Hi,
I am calculating with Subrutines DFLUX and FILM temperatures.
My mesh looks like this:

The temperature should be like:
http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=7...

What I get is on the side, where the flux heat is hitting the surface is that:
http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=e...

and on the other side:
http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=b...

As you can see: The "other side" has rounded corners and the the "fluxside" has sharp corners.
I want to avoid those sharp corners.
Does anyone have any clue why this is happening?
I would appreciate any help.

It doesn't seem surprising that in a transient you get the typical 'saw tooth' change in temperature as the flux changes. On the other side the effect will be softened by the effect of conduction in the material. If you want the 'sharp' edge to be more rounded then you'd have to have less of a change in the flux on the surface to reflect that.
