Etabs9.7 how to assign two diaphragms in one story

(OP)
i'm modeling a 2D frame and it has 3 openings them is 2 meter higher than the others and others are in same level ! i must assign 3 different diaphragms because this project is to show the difference between software analysis and hand analysis of FREQUENCY of the buildings with modal analysis !
i assign the higher one with D1 then those two other and when i want to assign others that's when E-tabs only allows me to assign one diaphragm for those two ! but it's modal analysis and i need three diaphragms ! what should i do ?!
finally i draw a new deck in a higher level and assign it with d3 and copy the assignment on the one that etabs wouldn't allow me ! in area information every thing is alright but when i run it although i set the mode shapes to 3 it only to it in 2 mode shapes !
is it because my trick to diaphragm those two deck ?! what should i do !?
