I have a some problem about simulating composite beam. In staad composite deck can only subject to posite moment(no tension on the slab), we usually simulate these composite beams with both hinged supported. Suppose there are more than one span of composite supported by girders. How do you guys design the slab over the girder, if using composite deck. No one want to see any crack on the deck. I want to study it more detail including the tranverse shear between the slab and I section. Should I give up the composite deck command and simply simulate it with plate over the i sections. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It is correct that if the slab gets into tension, STAAD assumes that concrete has cracked and for design purpose it does not consider the section as composite anymore. If you are using the CODE AISC ( which is the 9th edition code ) you can define a CMP parameter and set it to 2 which would mean that for design purpose, the software would ignore any moments causing tension at the top and would design the member as composite considering moment at other locations. In absence of this, the member would be designed as a non-composite section. There is no way to get the section considered as composite for tension at top. If you are interested to find stress in the slab at those locations, the only option would be to define the slab using plates and the steel section using beam elements.
