Lasuen, if you ask why is this 177 deg C design temperature for full vacuum design pressure, it is most likely a process requirement, perhaps steam cleaning of the vessel or similar. You need to ask the person who wrote the mentioned specification or the process engineer associated with your work.

Lasuen. If problem with language look at our forum " translation assistance for engineers " post in your first language and someone should respond with assistance or point you in the right direction.
