Failure analysis in Patran/Nastran

(OP)
Dear members,
i'm a new patran/nastran user.
I modelled a cantilever Beam made of 2d shell having torque at free end.
I gave composite material carbon epoxy [(45/-45)2]s.
I have problem:
1) once i tried to do the failure analysis in order to calculate the margin of safety in Laminated moduler error appears that "No Layered result exist" how to get the layered results for stress tensor. i am using Patran/nastran 2005 please guide me how to get margin of safety.

Thanks to everyone!
