Apparently there is a new ASME document that is coming later this year:

P30 PLANNING FOR THE USE OF CRANES, DERRICKS, HOISTS, CABLEWAYS, AERIAL DEVICES AND LIFTING ACCESSORIES

It is supposedly coming out and earlier this year had a public comment draft published in ENR and perhaps elsewhere.

Does anyone have a copy or link to the early draft versions of this document?

This publication supplements (I think) the ASME BTH code.

The document you are looking for isn't there (maybe the review period is over), but normally they can be found at the "Public Review Drafts" link on the site below.
