Post Building Techniques
Post Building Techniques
(OP)
Hi,
We have had NX 8.5 (currently) for a while now and have never set up and posted with it, mostly used it for engineering and drawing. We have been programing with Mastercam X6.
I would like to find out more information on building posts for our machines or getting posts created for us. The machines are 1 Daewoo DMV 3016L (VMC) with a Fanuc Oi-Mb control and 1 DMG CTX310Eco with a Siemens 810D control. I have the Mastercam posts for both machines that were purchased from In-House Solutions our Mastercam dealer. I also have Vericut for each machine.
FYI I have zero experience with post processors and everything is a learning curve at this point, any information would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
John
