Plastic to withstand 50Nm torque on M18 thread

(OP)
Hi,

I am looking for the plastic material for our sensor housing with M18 X 1.5 thread to with stand 50N-m Torque. I have decided to go with PEEK or PAI. Need to know the manufacturing feasibility of these material (Due to high melting point mouldability may difficult). Also need to know the creep resistance, reliability of the plastic part etc...

Please suggest some other plastic material having greater creep resistance and shear strength.

Thanks in advanced
Kannan K
