(OP)
Hi everyone,

Do you recommend any brand for "transformer oil treatment plant" for site works?

Thanks in advance.

RE: transformer oil treatment plant

On safety aspect do you have to switch off the transformer for you to clean oil that have leaked from the bushes?

RE: transformer oil treatment plant

Two manufacturers offering medium / large mobile processing plant which I'm aware of - although I don't have operational experience with either - are Filter-Vac and Baron. Most operators will hire in a unit with a crew rather than buy their own unit. Where are you located?

RE: transformer oil treatment plant

I'm partial to the Baron units. We have eight of their HV-1800 models and their performance is great.

RE: transformer oil treatment plant

I'm with Scotty here. Unless you have a large base of installed transformers, it is best to hire a contractor who will show up on site with the proper equipment and trained personnel.
