I am confused with Chicago Ventilation Table.

Anyone in the forum who is familiar with Chicago Building Code and Trace 700. Could you kindly point me in the right direction?

Based on Chicago Building code, Mechanical ventilation 0.6 cfm/sq ft for supply and 0.3 cfm/ft for exhaust. 1/3 of supply air must be from outside air.

For example,
200 sq ft private office
2 People (250 Btuh Sensible), (200 Buth latent)
Lighting: 1 W/ft2
Misc Load: 374 W

min. 120 cfm mechanical supply to the room (200 * 0.6)
min 60 cfm mechanical exhaust (200 * 0.3)
min. 40 cfm from the outside (120 * 0.33)

If I need to input those requirement in Trace, I choose parallel fan power box system.

Where Should I input 0.6 cfm/ft mechanical supply
1. Ventilation both in heating and cooling?
2. Main Spply both in heating and cooling?
3. Min VAV?

Where should I enter the 0.3 cfm/ft2 mechanical exhaust?
1. Room Exhaust?

Where should I input 33% ?
Under System > Option > Advance Option > System Level Ventilation overwrite> 33% of design airflow?

i am neither familiar with chicago code nor i use trace, but i think you should approach it somewhat differently - you should design supply flow according to cooling/heating demands, outdoor air according to ashrae 90.1 or similar, than you should verify whether there is discrepancy in relation to chicago code, and adjust accordingly.
