Stub Reference Error

Stub Reference Error

Stub Reference Error

(OP)
NX8.5

An engineer has done a "save as" on an assembly and changed a few parts. They now recieve the folloing error when loading both Part and drawing.

The following files could not be loaded causing this open to fail:

(part no) - an expected stub reference was not found (probably during deletion)
c:/temp/(longnumber-NX_nav.plmxml - Failed to load part

We have never seen this before and it seems to have cirrupted all version?

Regards

Adam

RE: Stub Reference Error

Call Gtac.
I have not seen the error before.

RE: Stub Reference Error

(OP)
I have logged a ticket with team.

They suggested that it was caused by a partially unloaded attribute.
We got the assembly creator to load the assembly and try adn resave
This seemed to solve the issue

They also suggested to do a part clean up on each part / assembly

Cheers
