Tetrahedron symbol - NX7.5

(OP)
Hi,
How could I bring a Tetrahedron symbol in a drawing view (NX7.5)?

Thanks

RE: Tetrahedron symbol - NX7.5

where is that symbol from ?

I have no idea about this...My engineer sent me a message asking about this ("add X, Y, Z, Tetrahedron to show position").
I assume that it should show the WCS position (I have a ISO view).

RE: Tetrahedron symbol - NX7.5

Well, what I have done in your situation is save your WCS in that location:
Format -> WCS -> Save
Then move your WCS to a differnt location so you will see the saved WCS and you can change the color, and layer, of it to make it show properly in your drawing.
Not quite what you are looking for, but an idea. Maybe try that and see if he/she goes for it.

Thanks!

RE: Tetrahedron symbol - NX7.5

examples / Images ?

A custom symbol is simple to create and re-use. but normally 2D ( on the drawing sheet rather than inside the views)
The description sounds rather as if you desire a 3d object ?

Tomas

Thanks Toost,
I just need a WCS representation.
I'll be contending with a graphical representation of the WCS (call it a drafting symbol, if you want....)

RE: Tetrahedron symbol - NX7.5

The term tetrahedron is a bit misleading in this case...
Perhaps XYZ triad would be more accurate. I think jerry1423's suggestion is your best bet.

Thanks all for reply.
As I specified, the term came from my engineer.
