Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) lateral systems in seismic regions?

Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) lateral systems in seismic regions?

(OP)
Hello fellow engineers.

I am curious to know if any of you out there have experience with using CLT as a lateral force resisting system in high seismic areas? Specifically I am interested in your experience in the ductile detailing of the panel connections of CLT structures. I have performed some research on the interwebs but only found a few testings performed in Canada. It seems a little too straight-forward to me -just shear clip connections along the top/bot edge of the panels to the diaphragms and then hold-down connections at the ends. But I suppose it's just timber "tilt up" construction so it can't be too complex.

I would be delighted if you could share your experience.

Cheers, team.
