Thick Stainless parts and getting them out of the skeleton

Thick Stainless parts and getting them out of the skeleton

Thick Stainless parts and getting them out of the skeleton

(OP)
Anyone have any good suggestions? We've used dead blow Hammers in the past to knock out the less than perfect parts. The ones with a little slag or dross on the bottom, usually 5/8" and up stainless has this issue. believe it or not we had a guy hurt his hand using a hammer, the hand he was holding onto the hammer with, not like he hit his own hand, but somehow he hurt his hammer hand...
Other than skeleton cut up, or something similar, is there another option?? I've looked at Presses, like a bearing press on a gantry that will keep the skeleton elevated and push down on the part...expensive and slow...

Any thoughts would be great.
Thanks

Can you program a skeleton slice in your program?

we used it in the past rarely, most of the operators didn't like the option, but with this option it might be a better idea. for most of the programming we use Pro-Nest, which was MTC, and now Hypertherm I think. I know i can do it in Bysoft, but we don't do much programming in bysoft unfortunately.
I'll give it a try, and see what they think...

it is usually easier to flip the sheet and take the parts out from the other side on 12-19mm stainless. that is what we do and use a piece of 4x4 hardwood about 4 feet long to knock on the parts with.
