Broken Link to Part/Assembly

Broken Link to Part/Assembly

Broken Link to Part/Assembly

(OP)
I accidentally moved a group of assemblies and their drawings in Windows explorer and broke the internal link between the drawings and their referenced assemblies. How do I re-establish the link between model and drawing?

Using SW2012, SP5.1, WinXP64.

RE: Broken Link to Part/Assembly

Move them back to the original location.

Realized that I had complicated the problem unknowingly. I had changed the file name of a handful of the parts to conform to the usual naming methods, so moving them back had not helped. I ended up figuring out my issues by using the File>Find References function, renamed the files to what they were, then used the File>Find References>Copy Files to move and rename the drawings and models.
