"Elementary Principles of Chemical Processes" by Felder and Rousseau.

"Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering" by McCabe and Smith.

Unit Operations is the classic book for Chemical Engineering. Mine has a combination of tears, beer stains, and dog eared pages. You could also consider: "Plant Design and Economics for Chemical Engineers" by Peters and Timmerhouse as well as Perry's. I'm not sure if you're in the energy industry, but the GPA Data Book is invaluable. Also, get a copy of the Crane 410 Paper.
